Return Policy:
You may apply for a full or partial refund within 30 days of purchase by returning the ccb manual to us in brand new (resell-able) condition. Step 1. Email us with your full name letting us know you are initiating a return. Step 2. Mail the book back to us in perfection condition to: Oregon CCB Training 51705 SE 4th Street, Suite 1, Scappoose, OR 97056. Step 3. If your book is deemed to be in resell-able condition then we will provide you with a full refund back to your credit/debit card. If your book is returned in a non-resell-able condition then you may receive a partial refund. Note: All refunds are exclusive to customers who have not completed the 16 hour course completion form even if your request was submitted within 30 days of purchase.
